At Nala&Co., we take pride in crafting high-quality handmade and custom items. Due to the nature of our products, most items are non-refundable. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Handmade and custom items are non-refundable once production has begun.
  • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless there was an error on our part (e.g., incorrect customization).

Refunds (if applicable):

  • Refunds are only applicable if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part that cannot be rectified.
  • To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • We will require proof of the issue, such as photographs or detailed descriptions.

Exchanges (if applicable):

  • If you need to exchange your order for the same item, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
    • Original item must be un-worn and in original condition to be eligible for an exchange.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.)

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders for custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
    • If you need to cancel a non-customized order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are subject to review and may incur a restocking fee.
