- We offer a standard shipping option for a flat rate of $10.00 CAD across Canada.
- Standard shipping typically takes 1 to 5 business days for delivery within Canada depending on location.

2. Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 2-7 business days upon receipt of payment.
- Customized or special-order items require additional processing time, which is typically between 12-15 business days.
- Custom orders will receive their illustrations within 2-4 business days.
- Production of your order will commence once the confirmation of your illustration(s) is complete. (usually via the email provided at checkout).
3. Shipping Rates:
- Shipping across Canada has a flat rate of $10.00 CAD.
- Shipping across the USA has a flat rate of $15.00 CAD.
- Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a certain dollar amount or during promotional periods:
- Free shipping applied on Canadian orders over $80.00
- Free shipping applied on USA orders over $100.00
- International shipping will be calculated at checkout.
4. Tracking Information:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our website or through the carrier's website.
5. International Shipping:
- For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
